My work focuses on how institutions can use generative AI without weakening assessment, fairness or trust. I work across research, policy, public debate and professional learning.

A practical framework for AI use in assessment.

The AI Assessment Scale helps educators communicate how generative AI may be used in assessment. It has been adopted by hundreds of schools and universities and translated into more than 30 languages.

My current projects include GenAI equity in Vietnam, national digital transformation work, research integrity and expansion of the AIAS in Irish secondary schools with JMB.
